DOM SMITH
Dom Smith is a music journalist born in East Yorkshire and currently studying a Masters in Magazine Journalism at the University of Central Lancashire. During his three years at York St John's University Dom saw the potential in York's vibrant alternative scene and dove in head first. He became a promoter and early in his second year he put on his first industrial/rock night at the late, great Cert18 called SCARDOM. From early 2006 and 2007 through THE TALK Dom was gifted the opportunity to interview many up and coming and established acts from all over the world. Dom owes a lot to the York scene and THE TALK and is extremely proud of his roots and the people that have supported him during his career as a writer. |
