Miles Cain is a journalist, musician, storyteller and poet. His work has appeared in The Sunday Times, The Independent, The Daily Telegraph, Northern Echo, Yorkshire Post and many more. He writes and presents "Next Week's News", a satirical news item for BBC Radio York. Other work has been conducted for BBC Radio 4, and he has written web site content for 19 Entertainment, home of David and Victoria Beckham and the Spice Girls. |
| He was one of the organisers of the 2008 York Literature Festival which involved 20 venues and 60 events across York. He has been writing for The Talk since issue 9, and says : "What I like about The Talk is the way it flies the flag for North Yorkshire, and all the bands, musicians writers and artists who live here."
