SUBMISSIONS POLICY

PHOTOGRAPHY

01. Photographic submissions are made on a voluntary basis and no remuneration is offered by THE TALK Magazine.

02.       When a photographer chooses to submit any photographic work to THE TALK Magazine, either by request of THE TALK Magazine or an independent Creative Artist, then license to publish is also granted.

03.       When provided with the name of the photographer THE TALK Magazine guarantees to credit the work in print and also if used on the website www.thetalkmagazine.com

04.       In the event of not being provided with the photographer's name THE TALK Magazine shall endeavour to discover this within reasonable efforts.

05.      THE TALK Magazine reserves the right to reproduce any submitted images, accompanied by creditation, within any future issues, on the website www.thetalkmagazine.com , or as a part of future THE TALK Magazine promotional material.

06.       Where photographic material has been generated as a commission piece for THE TALK Magazine, the Writer recognises the fact that THE TALK Magazine holds exclusive copyright on the submission and it cannot be submitted for print or publication elsewhere without permission from The Editor. All requests for permission to reprint should be made to dsj@thetalkmagazine.com

07. Where the Photographer has submitted images outside of a commission agreement with THE TALK Magazine, THE TALK Magazine recognises that it has license to publish but the Photographer can also exercise their right to publish elsewhere.

LITERARY

03.       When provided with the name of the writer THE TALK Magazine guarantees to credit the work in print and also if used on the website www.thetalkmagazine.com

04.       In the event of not being provided with the writer's name THE TALK Magazine shall endeavour to discover this within reasonable efforts.
